On August 29, 2025, the revision meeting for the national standards “Technical Specifications for Die-Casting Molds” and “Technical Specifications for Die-Casting Mold Components,” organized by the Die-Casting Molds Sub-Technical Committee of the National Mold Standardization Committee, was successfully held at Ningbo Xunhui Electric Appliance Co., Ltd.

The meeting was chaired by Lu Ruhui, Secretary-General of the Die-Casting Molds Sub-Technical Committee of the National Mold Standardization Committee, and Deputy Secretary-General Ke Chun Song. Representatives from Ningbo Xunhui Electric Appliance Co., Ltd., Guilin Electric Apparatus Research Institute Co., Ltd., Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Ningbo Vocational and Technical College, Ningbo Institute of Technology, National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Intelligent Manufacturing Equipment Products (Zhejiang), Ningbo Junling Mold Technology Co., Ltd., Ningbo Zhenzhi Machinery Mold Co., Ltd., and other organizations, along with industry experts from domestic mold research, production, inspection, and application units, attended the meeting.

Following a brief presentation by the standards drafting group on the background and key revisions to the standards, the meeting conducted a thorough review of the standards' structural framework and primary content, offering numerous constructive suggestions. Subsequently, the revision team will modify and refine the standards text based on the expert panel's feedback, preparing a draft for public comment to be submitted to the National Standardization Committee.
