On December 5, 2025, the 2025 Annual Meeting and National Standard Review Conference of the Die-Casting Molds Sub-Technical Committee (hereinafter referred to as the “Sub-Committee”) under the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Molds was successfully convened in Fuzhou City, Fujian Province. This meeting aimed to comprehensively summarize the Sub-Committee's annual achievements, deliberate and advance the revision of key national standards, and jointly plan the future development of die-casting mold standardization. A total of 32 attendees participated in the meeting, including all members of the Subcommittee from across the country, leaders from relevant industry regulatory authorities, and specially invited representatives.
The meeting was chaired by Wang Chong, Director of the Subcommittee and Secretary-General of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Molds. Lu Ruhui, Deputy Director and Secretary-General of the Subcommittee and Chairman of Ningbo Xunhui Technology Co., Ltd., presented the 2025 Work Summary and 2026 Work Plan Report on behalf of the Secretariat. The work report was unanimously reviewed and approved by the attending committee members. During the technical exchange session, Lu Ruhui delivered a special technical presentation titled “Development Prospects and Process Requirements for Magnesium Alloys,” integrating cutting-edge industry trends. This provided attendees with insights into frontier technologies, fostering an active atmosphere for on-site discussions.
Under the chairmanship of Professor Ke Chun Song, Deputy Secretary-General of the Subcommittee, all committee members conducted an in-depth and meticulous review of the draft revisions for two important national standards: Technical Specifications for Die Casting Molds (Plan No.: 20251460-T-469) and Technical Specifications for Die Casting Mold Components (Plan No.: 20251461-T-469). All committee members voted to approve the review conclusions, unanimously agreeing to submit both draft revisions to higher authorities for approval. They further recommended that the competent department expedite their issuance and implementation to better serve industry development.

The successful convening of this annual conference and national standard review meeting has clarified the direction for die-casting mold standardization nationwide, fostered consensus, and injected new momentum. It signifies that China's die-casting mold standardization efforts are steadily advancing toward greater systematization, specialization, and internationalization.
