1. Lead quality control throughout the entire die-casting production process, including raw material inspection, parameter monitoring during die-casting, and finished product performance testing to ensure products meet industry standards and customer requirements;
2. Rapidly respond to quality anomalies during production, identify root causes through data analysis, and drive implementation of corrective actions across production lines and process departments;
3. Participate in establishing and optimizing the die-casting quality system, develop inspection standard operating procedures, and conduct regular quality training sessions; oversee change reviews and validation during production;
4. Handle internal and external customer quality complaints, provide solutions such as 8D reports, track corrective actions, and maintain customer quality satisfaction.
1. Minimum 3 years of quality control experience in the die casting industry, with expertise in zinc/aluminum die casting processes, mold structures, and solutions for common defects (e.g., shrinkage cavities, cold shuts).
2. Proficient in quality tools (FMEA, MSA, SPC), capable of independently drafting inspection documents, and skilled in operating standard inspection equipment.
3. Familiar with customer complaint resolution procedures, understanding of new project development processes, and proficiency in the 5 major quality tools.
